In his latest blog, Marc Márquez looks forward to another home race but a new track after getting back to winning ways at Misano in the San Marino round of the 125cc MotoGP world championship two weeks ago.

Hello!

Again we are in a race week. And a special week – we are in luck, because this year we have one more grand prix in Spain. This is good news for us!

We’re looking forward to it, and are very, very motivated, because we went back to winning ways in Misano, and that gives us even more energy to work to get the best set-up for Friday onwards. This is always the key – we must focus on it so we start from the front again, fighting for victory. And hopefully the weather will respect us so we can all enjoy the weekend!

‘I’m convinced that we’ll all have a great weekend!’

About the course in Aragon… a couple of months ago, I had the opportunity, along with other riders, to have a private practice there for two days, and what we found was a very nice circuit to ride, and also very technical.

It’s a very twisty track with many ups and downs. For example, one of the chicanes is quite uneven to the point that it resembles the corkscrew at Laguna Seca, but with a less steep incline. So they say, but of course I haven’t yet had the opportunity to race at Laguna Seca!

I’ll take my leave for now and look forward seeing my fans in the stands, enjoying the circuit and the race. I’m convinced that we’ll all have a great weekend!
