How did you first get involved in the Red Bull Cliff Diving World Series competition?
I started cliff diving in 2005 and got invited to Red Bull's first competition in Italy in 2008.
When did you start cliff diving?
I chose to try it in 2002; my first real cliff dives happened in 2004.

What does your training regime involve?
Diving, running and core stability exercise
Have you competed in other diving competitions such as the World Championships?
I've competed in World Cups, the Military World Games and the European Championships.
What qualities do you need to be a successful cliff diver?
A good diving background, self-esteem, a bit of craziness!
What is the toughest element of cliff diving?
Pushing yourself to dive
Where does your inspiration come from?
From other divers, I see what dives they do and how they do it and I try to take what works for me

Orlando Duque! Very strong mind
What is your career highlight so far?
4th place in Norway last year and 3rd in La Rochelle.
