Choreographer Vartan Bassil has arrived in Vienna with the rest of The Flying Steps crew on the latest leg of the Red Bull Flying Bach European Tour and they've found some time to take in the sights...

Ah, Vienna! It's so great to be in the capital of Austria.

As soon as we arrived on Wednesday, we decided to go on a little tour to a technical museum in the nearby city of Linz. If you're wondering “What the hell are they doing in a museum?” I'll tell you, it was a work trip of sorts. By examining a video of one of our dance routines, the clever people at the museum were able to measure the energy consumption of our moves and what we learned was unbelievable - If we perform, for example, one headspin we will burn off the same amount of energy as someone brushing their teeth for 90 minutes and work away the equivalent calories of one kilo of chocolate.

The next day, the Red Bull double-decker party bus picked us and took us on a tour of Vienna. First, we stopped at the Stephansplatz and went down in the underground station. What greeted us there was just overwhelming: Posters advertising our tour were plastered over three floors and covered every wall, pillar and even the escalators! We took so many pictures that our camera memory cards are now completely full.

Down at the station, we had a press conference and made time to perform for journalists and passing-by members of the public. The media has been very kind to us since our arrival in Vienna and the audiences now have some very high expectations. Becuase of that, we're very motivated to rock the show! See you on stage tomorrow evening!
