From May 16 to May 29, Graz, Austria, is the European capital of electronic music. Red Bull Music Academy invited distinctive artists like Gilles Peterson, Modeselektor and DJ DSL over to their stage and couch to share harmonies and insights into the creative process.
The Spring Festival in Graz, Austria has become one of the most prominent European epicentres of electronic music. No wonder with acts like Skream & Benga, Ms Dynamite, Scratch Perverts, Gilles Peterson, Andrew Weatherall, Elektro Guzzi, Cassius and Amon Tobin, who were this year’s headliners.
Red Bull Music Academy hosted another round of their well received Sessions, inviting shining guests to spin records (DJ DSL, Axel Boman, John Talabot, Scuba and Kool Clap and lecture (Gilles Peterson, Modeselektor and Kirk Degiorgio) on various aspects of making, producing, publishing and marketing music.
