Red Bull Racing's Head of Car Engineering Paul Monaghan gave a lecture to 1,000 eager engineering students at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. (K.I.T) last night. His visual aid for the evening? An RB5 Showcar of course.
Paul delivered the lecture on Formula One engineering and then took questions from the floor which ranged from how brake temperatures are measured, aerodynamics and how the car build can be planned given constant regulation changes.
One forward-thinking attendee simply asked: 'How many hours do you work?' Paul's reply: 'More than you!'
The University's Formula Student team were on hand to tighten up their knowledge of F1 engineering and Red Bull wings girls were also on hand to distribute Red Bull - which undoubtedly motivated the learners.

Needless to say, Paul's method of bringing the lecture to life seemed to go down quite well.
