    Although it makes a great climbing frame, this electric exchange that Rustam is climbing is part of the Exhibition of Achievements of the National Economy (later the Russian Exhibition Centre), a huge exhibition begun in the 1930s to celebrate the Soviet Union's technical and cultural heritage (www.vvcentre.ru/eng). “In the past this electric construction was an outstanding achievement and this one and many another big constructions are on show there,” says Denis.
