    Roberto Pons (pictured) told us an interesting thing after Ryan gave him a pair of the shoes he had brought for the locals. Ryan asked him if he would put them on for the next day, to which Roberto answered that first they would be his shoes for church and very special occasions. Once they were too dirty for that, then they would become his school shoes, and after that he would skate in them. -Jody Morris
