About Sébastien

null

Sébastien Loeb was a formidable gymnast in his youth but changed direction in his early 20s to become the most successful World Rally Championship driver of all time.

Loeb has won the WRC drivers’ title seven years in a row from 2004-2010 driving for Citroën. As something of an all-rounder he has also raced for Pescarolo Sport in the 24 Heures Du Mans, finishing second in 2006, and is a three-times winner of the Race of Champions. A national hero, he was made a chevalier of the Légion d’Honneur in 2009.

Loeb tested an F1 car for Red Bull Racing as a thank you for his 2008 world championship. He is frequently linked with a switch of codes and a move to one of the Red Bull F1 teams – presumably because he is a motor racing driver called Sébastien.
