That's because it's time for the official two week Formula 1 shutdown as mandated by the FIA regulations. We reckon there are about 28 different nationalities making up our team, so there might be plenty of travelling around the world during the coming fortnight, but at least it's to go and spend a bit of time at home for a change. What about you? Will you miss Formula 1? If so, then you can at least revisit, or see for the first time, if you missed it, the most famous cooking show in the world! No, not Master Chef, but Drivers' Kitchen, the series in which Carlos and Daniil took on various head to head contests as they tried to prepare typical dishes from our home region.

As you know, on track our drivers are tasked with delivering the final step in a process that involves so many people who work behind the scenes, well away from the glare of the spotlight. You can find out all about them with our series, STR People. Here you can get to know these backroom heroes as they use all their skills and experience to ensure that Toro Rosso is competitive at the highest level in the Formula 1 World Championship.

Would you like to follow in their footsteps and become part of our team? Well, discovering new talent and training people has always been part of our DNA. At the moment there are two unmissable opportunities:
• "Gi Lab – Formula Future", developed with Gi Group, our Official HR Partner: applications from new graduates can be made up to 25 August. >>> CLICK HERE to find out more.
• MUNER, the Motor Vehicle University of Emilia-Romagna: degree courses aimed at training professionals to work in the automotive and motorsport fields. Interested? >>> CLICK HERE to find out what it's all about.
Finally, if all you really want is to do a bit of on-line shopping, you've come to the right place. The Red Bull Shop is having a summer sale. >>> CLICK HERE and treat yourself with a great 30% discount.
All in all, there's something for everyone, so all that's left for us to do is to wish you all a great holiday and we'll see you back on 25 to 27 August for the Belgian Grand Prix.
